Market Your Socks Off! Was started in 2009 under the name Windy Wing Design & Promotion. I spent those years teaching digital marketing and providing information, tips and expertise to small and medium-sized businesses.
Fast forward to today, and I have taken that teaching in a slightly different direction, focusing mainly on the network and affiliate marketing communities.
This shift came about when I realized there was so much confusion when it comes to network marketing. So many people want to get started, but don’t know where to begin.
My goal is to help others – especially those new to marketing – have greater success right out of the gate.
My motto: I offer honesty and integrity, and never waste valuable time, money or resources.

Marsha Pearson has almost 40 years of entrepreneurial experience, including ownership of a retail store during tough economic times.
As a strategist, Marsha is an enthusiastic speaker and teacher of all things digital. She has spent almost 15 years teaching email marketing and social media to thousands of small businesses throughout the United States.
In recent years she has decided to dispel some of the confusion and misinformation facing network and affiliate marketing professionals, especially those who are new to the profession.
